Reader's Question
A workspace can invite up to 100 guests. If it exceeds 100, do I need to create another workspace and purchase a separate paid membership?
My Answer
First of all, guests are counted across the entire workspace. In other words, if you invite 5 guests to "Page 01" and 5 guests to "Page 02", the guest quota for the Free plan is already used up. Plus users can invite up to 100 guests, and Business plan users can invite up to 250 guests. For the Enterprise plan, you can contact Notion support to increase the limit — a single workspace can have up to 2,000 guests for an additional fee.
If you exceed 2,000 guests, then you would indeed need to create a new workspace and purchase a new paid plan.
