Reader's Question
A workspace can invite up to 100 guests. If it exceeds 100, do I need to create another workspace and purchase a separate paid membership?
My Answer
First of all, guests are counted across the entire workspace. In other words, if you invite 5 guests to "Page 01" and 5 guests to "Page 02", the guest quota for the Free plan is already used up. March 2026 Update: Notion has changed guest limits for Plus, Business, and Enterprise plans to unlimited. The Free plan remains at 10 guests. This means you only need a Plus plan ($10/user/month) to invite as many guests as you need. See Notion Removes Guest Limits on Paid Plans for details.
Previous limits (outdated): Plus 100, Business 250, Enterprise up to 2,000.
