Welcome to FLO.W (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "this website"). Please read the following terms of service carefully before using this website (21notion.com) and purchasing our products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
FLO.W is a Notion template sales platform operated by "Eryi's Notes" (二一的笔记). Our products are digital products (Notion templates), and users gain access and duplication rights to the templates after purchase.
We offer three versions of the template:

Existing users can upgrade to a higher version by paying the price difference, calculated at original prices without stacking discounts.
Important: Digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
Since Notion templates are digital products with immediate full access upon purchase:
- Please fully understand product features and use cases before purchasing
- We do not provide trial versions
- Once purchase is complete, refunds will not be provided

After purchasing the template, you are granted the following rights:
- ✅ Personal use: Use the template for personal learning, work, and life management
- ✅ Customization: Modify the template's structure and content according to personal needs
- ✅ Long-term use: Permanently use the purchased template version
- ❌ Resale or distribution: Do not sell, transfer, or share the template with others
- ❌ Commercial distribution: Do not sell the template as part of a commercial product
- ❌ Public sharing: Do not share template duplication links on any public platform
- ❌ Reverse engineering: Do not claim the template as your own creation or remove copyright notices
- The design, structure, and content of the template are copyrighted by "Eryi's Notes"
- Personal content created by users within the template belongs to the users
- Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the template for commercial purposes is prohibited
Max users enjoy "Free Major Version Upgrades" benefit:
- Includes: Deep optimization of existing features, enhanced core module experience, integration of new methodologies
- Excludes: Entirely new independent products, paid expansion packs, 1-on-1 consulting services, non-Notion platform versions

- Contact us immediately if you notice any account irregularities
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts in the following cases:
- Violation of these terms of service
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Long-term account inactivity (over 2 years)
- Our services are provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We will strive to maintain service stability and availability
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service
- Functional limitations or changes to the Notion platform itself are not within our responsibility
- "Notion" and related names/logos are owned by their respective rights holder (Notion Labs, Inc.)
- This website is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Notion
- References to Notion do not imply any official partnership, authorization, or approval unless explicitly stated in writing
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time:

- For significant changes, we will notify you by email
- Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms
In case of disputes, both parties should first attempt friendly negotiation. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
