How do I see the totals in the new version of Notion databases? There used to be a summary row at the bottom, but it's gone now.
My Answer
Notion has moved database calculations into the field settings. Here's how to find them:
- Click the field name you want to calculate (e.g., the "Number" field)
- Find the "Calculate" option in the dropdown menu
- Choose the calculation you need (Count, Percentage, or more options)
Once configured, the calculation result displays right next to the field name — no more scrolling to the bottom of the table.
