Scenario 1: Import a File into a Brand New Database
- Export the Excel file as CSV format
- Click the Import button at the bottom left of the Notion interface, or go to Settings, find the Import option, and select CSV format. If you're not yet familiar with Notion databases, check out 5 essential Notion tips for beginners

- Import the CSV file from step 1
Scenario 2: Import a File into an Existing Database
- Enter the database in full page mode

- Click the three dots in the upper right corner, then click the "Merge with csv" option

- Upload the CSV file
