Quick Start
Start fast with the FLO.W Notion template: follow three beginner tips, watch the intro video, read the design docs, and build lasting productivity habits.
Three Basic Tips
Whether you're using Notion or any new note-taking software, I recommend following these three tips:
- Don't immediately migrate your old notes. Because you're not yet familiar with the new software's logic, blindly importing a large number of old notes will only make your new system chaotic from day one.
- Don't immediately change your workflow. Don't expect a new tool to be fully effective from day one. The correct approach is gradual change. For the first three days, only use Notion to record new tasks and notes, then gradually expand usage scope in the first week.
- Don't immediately fill in lifestyle modules. Although the Template presets 5 types of lifestyle interest recording modules, filling in this information requires little thinking cost, but the timing is wrong. If you're fighting on both work and life fronts simultaneously, your energy will be severely scattered.
