Introduction
In Notion, you can use variables like @Today in database templates so that automatically generated pages include the current date as the title.

However, this means the title only contains the date, which looks quite plain and makes it hard to tell what a page is about just from the title. For example:

Since Notion introduced the database automation feature, we can now have the database automatically modify page titles based on field content. The result looks like this:

How to Set It Up
First, add a trigger condition in the automation settings, as shown below. This means the automation will be triggered whenever these two Select fields are edited.

Then define the variables as shown below. This combines the values of the Date, Weather, and Mood fields together using the join function.

Finally, set the title to the variable value.
